SALMON KOULIBIAC

Salmon Koulibiac, delicately filled with roasted salmon, salmon rillette, aromatic herbs and homemade sun-dried tomatoes in a refined puff pastry.

Preparation Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes, then reduce to 180°C and bake for 40 minutes without opening the oven door. Serve hot.
