    Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellation Fees

    If cancellation requests are made for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment, a cancellation fee of 25 AED will apply.

    2. Cancellation After Shipment

    If you decide to cancel your order after the items have been shipped, the shipping costs will be deducted. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back, your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping costs. Some products may be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.

    3. Refund Policy

    In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 1-15 business days from the submission of your cancellation. We will update you once your refund has been initiated.

    The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the canceled product, but the customer’s bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.

    If the company does not receive a response from the customer within a week, the order will be automatically cancelled.

    If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by the customer.

    Refunds will only be provided through the bank; in the case of cash payment, the customer will have to provide their bank details to receive the refund.

    4. Return or Exchange of the Product

    If products are damaged in transit, the exchange will proceed within 1-15 business days from the submission of the complaint. However, no order cancellation or return will be accepted after the order is delivered. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can request an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer must provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about the damaged goods.
