CONFIT LAMB LEG WITH SAUCE

Garlic Confit Leg of Lamb, slow-cooked at low temperature and delicately infused with garlic for a tender and flavorful gourmet experience.

Preparation Instructions: Remove all packaging and keep the sauce aside. Place the lamb in a covered oven dish with vegetables of your choice, add the sauce, and heat at 180°C for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes until lightly golden.
