Beef Wellington, delicately prepared with roasted beef, chicken liver mousse, truffle shavings and wild mushroom duxelle in a refined puff pastry.

Preparation Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes, then reduce to 180°C and bake for 40 minutes without opening the oven door. Serve hot.
